Composite materials are widely used in aerospace and other engineering fields.In the previous analysis of composite structure,there are only few design indexes,little consideration of defects and local uncertainties,incomplete model verification and incomplete database.Therefore,the structure and complexity of the design and analysis of composite materials are studied in this paper.The key point is to use the Global–Local model analysis,Model Validation and Validation and Model Expressing and Storing teconology.The paper analyzes the principles and methods of global-local analysis,Verification and Validation and Model Expressing and Extracting,and establishes the system basing on the principle and method of mechanical properties of structural parts,the general framework of global-local virtual test system.In the global-local analysis part,deals with the information of the initial model which is based on CAD design model,basing on IGA theory.The geometric and material models of global-local are constructed respectively.The paper constructs UEL/VUEL basing on NURBS basis function,and segmentes surface makes structural mesh.Establishes RVE model and predicts the stiffness constant.Buckling stability analysis of stiffened panels finite element model is carried out to realize global-local automatic construction and buckling analysis based on material and geometry.In the model verification and confirmation part,combines the optimization idea and metamodel,and establishes the concept model,the numerical model and the verification model of the Verification and Validation;establishes the global approximation function basing on RSM,and uses it as metamodel;establishes the numerical model basing on metamodel;the design intention and the reference are made on the premise of satisfying the demand of volume and load.With the combination of model validation,the paper establishes the automatic implementation of parameter verification,which is based on the three level model.In the part of Model Expressing and Extracting,establishes a feature based model expression method and similarity retrieval method,to solve the problem of high cost on structure analysing.Expresses and stores the behavior,process,structure and function information;establishes the corresponding model similarity retrieval method for the model features to realize the expression and retrieval of the reuse model.Finally,developes the global-local virtual test basing on the research of global-local analysis,Verification and Validation and Model Expressing and Extracting;makes model and analyzes of composite structure,and realizes the integration of modules.
