Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the global energy crisis has become more and more serious.It is urgent to develop new energy sources to alleviate the crisis caused by the huge consumption of fossil fuels.Hydrogen?H2?as a renewable clean energy carrier has received the widespread attention,but the current large-scale hydrogen preparation methods mainly include fossil fuel pyrolysis,this method of hydrogen production by the hydrogen consumption at the same time a large number of fossil fuels and with a variety of pollution gas generation.Hydrogen evolution reaction?HER?as a kind of efficient non-polluting hydrogen production methods got the attention of the people,in the hydrogen evolution reaction,while the metal platinum?Pt?and other precious metal catalytic materials in acid medium showed very excellent catalytic activity,but the scarcity and high cost seriously limits the large-scale transformation and application of energy.Therefore,it is very important to develop new earth abundant electric catalysts.In this paper,the catalytic materials of MX2?M = Mo,W,X = S,Se?semiconductor materials of two-dimension?2D?laminated transition metal sulfide are studied.Study the method of using liquid ammonia inserted lithium and hydrothermal synthesis of 2 H phase MoS2xSe2?1-x?nanosheets?NS?,by changing the proportion of sulfur group elements so as to adjust the material promoted MoS2xSe2?1-x?electronic structure conductive performance,reduce the power consumption required for catalytic reaction,and by changing the temperature of the thermal water,optimize disordered MoS2xSe2?1-x?NS produced more effective materials active site,improve the internal electron mobility of the material,greatly improved the MoS2xSe2?1-x?nanometer catalytic performance.In addition,through the solid deposition synthesis of nanosheets through a water ethanol solvent induced them into high quality nano structure,nano roll bending strain introduced structure can lead to more exposure to be more effective than the site,while the base plane bending can effectively stimulate the active sites on the surface of the inert,synergy to enhance the catalytic activity,suggests that stress and strain is regulating the two-dimensional material one of the important factors of catalytic activity.
