China is a large producer of raw coal,of which coal is mainly distributed in the central and western regions.Due to different geological conditions,the supporting methods of roadway are not the same.Kill implements shop in the northeastern city of shenmu coal mine,its minable seam for 2,3-2,5-2-2 and 5-2 coal seam,at the bottom of the main level 5-2 coal seam first mining face layout,auxiliary horizontal layout at the bottom of the 3-2 coal seam,the way of upward mining 3-2,2-2 coal seam,the mining 3-2 coal seam roadway,when two help remain in good condition,not supporting two mining 2-2 coal mine are,in order to determine 2-2 coal seam mining face reasonable supporting scheme,based on the field investigation,laboratory test,theoretical analysis and analog simulation and numerical simulation methods,The supporting scheme of the roadway at the working face of 112201 was proposed,and the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway was tested in the field at the end of the period.This article mainly studies the following:(1)Thr,ough the field investigation,geological data collection,analysis,to understand the specific characteristics of 2-2 coal seam,mining roadway section characteristics,and through the laboratory test of coal and roof and floor physical and mechanical parameters.(2)Through the similar simulation experiment,the top and bottom of the roadway are analyzed by vertical pressure and horizontal pressure,and the deformation and damage characteristics of roadway and rock strata are analyzed.(3)According to the results of loosening test and drilling peephole,combined with the actual situation of roadway,test and analyze 112201 working surface roof and roadway two groups of rock loose circle range,to determine the two corridors should strengthen the support.(4)Through the numerical simulation results,the displacement of the surrounding rock in the roadway is relatively large,and the deformation and collapse are larger.The top and bottom of the roadway and the two plates are supported.Near the amount of significantly smaller,did not appear a large deformation,indicating that the roadway with two support programs reasonable.(5)Based on the above theoretical analysis and field personnel response,analyze the specific factors that affect the roadway support,use the numerical simulation method to compare the effect of the support scheme,and finally determine the mining roadway support scheme:the roof adopts the left-Reinforced steel mesh;two with the use of left-handed longitudinal reinforcement bolts + plastic mesh support;and on-site construction results to monitor and analyze,the support program design is reasonable,the effect is significant.The research of this paper not only solves the problem of roadway support in 112201 working face,but also provides a more accurate support scheme for 11-pillar support.Through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and similar simulation,the 112201 working face Strengthen the support to ensure the overall stability of the roadway for the follow-up high-yielding production is of great significance,but also for similar geological conditions mine roadway support to provide a successful engineering analogy program.
