| The phenomenon of spontaneous combustion of coal spreads all over the world.The fire caused by the spontaneous combustion of coal accounts for more than 90%of the total fire in the mine which seriously threatens the natural environment and safety production of coal mines.Therefore,the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal is very important.The testing of coal’s natural characteristic parameters is the basis for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal.However,there are still some deficiencies in the testing methods and testing techniques in China,such as the large amount of experimental coal and the long test period.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of rapid test,the research of coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameter testing device is based on isothermal difference leading technology.Based on the investigation of the existing coal spontaneous combustion test devices at home and abroad,combined with the functional requirements of the equipment,this paper has independently designed and developed a test device for testing coal spontaneous combustion characteristics based on the isothermal difference leading technology.The main components include:high temperature reactor,coal sample tank,Control system(temperature control,gas source control)and gas detection system.Through the optimization of the structure of the device and the temperature control program,the test device can better simulate the coal oxidation heating process,and the temperature control performance is good.It is verified that the test device developed in this paper has high reliability and stability by the experiment of temperature heating experiment under different leading values and the repeatability test of the test results.In addition,based on theoretical calculations and analysis of experimental results,an experimental scheme suitable for this test device is determined,including appropriate air flow,coal particle size,and isothermal differential lead values.In this paper,the experiment of coal oxidation heating is carried out based on the self ignition characteristic parameter test device that based on equal temperature difference leading method,and compared with the test of natural spontaneous ignition test of XK with large coal quantity and the small coal program heating experiment.It is concluded that the experimental results of the three test devices are basically the same,which verifies the feasibility and reliability of the test device.By comparing the experimental characteristics of the three testing devices,it is found that the developed device has obvious advantages of less experimental coal,simple operation,short experimental period,and can achieve rapid test purposes to a large extent.What’s more,this device provides a new method for the study of coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters. |
