Selective catalytic oxidation(SCO)is a new kind of denitration technology.It is a kind of flue gas purification technology that can simultaneously desulfurize and denitrify and can generate economically beneficial by-products.But the process using the catalyst what has efficient catalytic activity at low temperature environment.Currently,the using catalyst is high temperature catalyst and the preparation of the cost is high.So,it is essential how to make the high efficiency,low temperature and low-cost catalyst by the simple,environmental protection,efficient method.This article uses the soybean oil factory sewage disposal of solid waste sludge as the carrier of catalyst preparation sludge denitration catalyst.And on this basis,a series of sludge-modified,metal-supported catalysts and activated catalysts were prepared by activating the sludge with strong acid and alkali,muffle furnace roasting and metal oxide loading.Making evaluation of catalytic activity of catalysts by selective catalytic oxidation(SCO).The effects of different activation conditions,preparation methods,activation sequences,and preparation conditions on the activity of the catalyst were investigated.Characterization of the catalyst uses elemental analysis,ICP,FTIR,XRD,SEM and XPS,it is to further determine the effect of the structure and properties of the sludge catalyst on its catalytic activity.The results show that the surface of the catalyst obtained more basic functional groups after the sludge was activated for 4 h with LiOH at a mass concentration of 15%,it makes the best catalytic activity of the catalyst.Using the muffle furnace to roast the raw sludge at 450? for 1 h can better consume the organic matter on the surface of the sludge,so that the denitration effect of the catalyst can be significantly improved.The Mn oxide is loaded on the sludge by equal volume impregnation method,and the catalyst is calcined by using plasma under the oxygen background to prepare the sludge catalyst,which can obviously improve the catalytic activity of the catalyst,in which the main effect of the oxide is MnO2.In the preparation of the catalyst,the activated sludge and the catalyst prepared by plasma calcination form more basic functional groups on the surface of the catalyst,so that the catalyst has a higher denitrification effect.
