Salix?Salix Cheilophila?is one of the tree species with the largest afforestation area in China's sandy deserts.Its growth cycle is very short,and it grows rapidly in the first three years.It needs to be leveled after the fourth year to maintain strong growth and sprouting ability.In this study,the main raw material is harvested Salix branches,which is converted into a reactive liquid product by the liquefaction technology of biomass material.It can instead of polyether as a polyurethane foaming raw material,Salix Liquid Products/polyurethane foam lightweight material is prepared by it which can meet the demand for the development of the wall material of wood structure building in China.This study conforms to the requirements of China's"ecological forestry,people's livelihood and forestry"and is an efficient way to use sand-bush resources.It can promote the construction of ecological environment in the sand area and realize the coordinated development of ecological and economic benefits.In this paper,the main material is Salix,polyethylene glycol:glycerol=4:1,98%concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst for the liquefaction of polyols to obtain liquefied products,then make use of the liquefied products and isocyanate to reaction and prepare polyurethane lightweight foam.Single factor and orthogonal test methods were used to modify the flame retardant material with nano montmorillonite,expandable graphite and molybdenum trioxide.The basic physical and mechanical properties,flame retardancy and sound absorption of the polyurethane lightweight foam material were studied.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:?1?Physical and mechanical properties:When the added amount of MDI was 120 parts,the compressive strength of the foam reached a maximum value of 0.382;When the added amount was 130 parts,the compressive strength of the foam decreased,but the density increased.?2?Flame retardant performance:The optimal conditions for the flame retardant of this material are:the ratio of liquefied product/isocyanate of Salix power is 1:1.2,the additive is OMMT,and the added amount is 12%.?3?Sound absorption performance:The optimum conditions for the sound absorption of this material are:the ratio of saliva liquefaction product/isocyanate is 1:1.2,the additive is Mo O3,and the addition amount is 6%.
