So far,proton exchange membrane fuel cell(proton exchange be arg,cells,PEMFCs)of the high cost is still the most important reason to hinder its large-scale commercial application,therefore,to develop a suitable catalyst to replace the traditional metal Pt catalysts for commercial application of PEMFCs is of great importance.In PEMFCs,because of the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction kinetics is far slower than the anode oxidation reaction kinetics of hydrogen,therefore to develop high-performance catalyst for oxygen reduction is the top priority in PEMFCs commercialization process.In this paper,the traditional wet chemical reduction of Pt-Y/C nanoparticles prepared by catalyst,as far as possible the preparation of the alloy,and through the optimization of preparation process technology,to improve the various physical and chemical properties,and enhance the overall performance of the catalyst.Firstly,explore the preparation process and reaction condition parameters to Pt-Y/C catalyst.By changing the experiment of reaction temperature,reaction time,auxiliary sodium borohydride reducing agent adding quantity,reaction pH,metal Y-Y to Pt/C catalyst addition of nucleation rate,surface composition,crystal type has a direct impact,by changing the above conditions,basic optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:the reaction time is 3 h,the reaction temperature is130℃,Y metal precursor solution added amount to 5 ml,preparation of the proceeds of the electrochemical activity of Pt-Y/C catalyst,covers an area of 52.815 m2gPt-1quality than the activity of 108 mA mgPt-1.Then the homemade Pt-Y/C catalyst through the research of the durability of the respectively after 3000,6000(ADT)after accelerated aging experiment,Pt-Y/C catalyst ECSA has fallen by about 36.38%and 36.38%respectively.It’s durability is a bit better than commercial Pt/C catalyst(JM).Finally by spraying the legal system for a homemade Pt-Y/C catalyst as a MEA of cathode and anode catalyst,different operation conditions affect the performance of MEA,determines the optimum test experimental test temperature is 80℃;RH=50%in cathode,RH=50%in anode;Inlet pressure is 1.2 bar on both sides;Hydrogen air measuring 1.7:4.
