| Industrial smelting waste slag and waste concrete brought the increasingly serious problems of pollution and piling with the rapid development of the national economy.These solid wastes invade land,pollute the environment and is the waste of resources.This paper research the application of industrial smelting waste slag(smelting zinc slag of Zhongye Huludao Nonferrous Metal Group Corporation)and waste concrete(common laboratory concrete of C40)in civil engineering.This paper discussed them mainly from the following aspects:First,Utilization of zinc slag:1.Explore the influences of geopolymer under different moduli,water-solid ratio,water binder ratio and curing regimes on the compressive strength.The same water cement ratio of cement paste as a contrastive test.It shows that with the decrease of modulus of water glass the higher the early concrete strength is,and growth of later strength is slow.The strength of each ages of geopolymer is higher than that of cement.2.Use the zinc slag as the replacement of fine aggregate.The mechanical properties and lasting long properties of the concrete that the zinc slag instead of 30%and 50% river sand are studied in the paper respectively.The results show that the fine aggregate in concrete belongs to medium-sized sand and fine sand when the replacement rate are 30% and 50%.Compressive strength of concrete not decreases when the replacement rate is 30% compare with the performance of datum concrete,the frost resistance and the resistance to chloride ion performance of penetration also same withthe performance of datum concrete;Compressive strength of concrete and the resistance to chloride ion penetration decrease when the replacement rate is 50% compare with the performance of datum concrete,and the frost resistance same with the performance of datum concrete.Second,Utilization of waste concrete:1.Use the crushed waste concrete as the replacement of coarse aggregate.The mechanical properties,the frost resistance,the resistance to chloride ion penetration and the wear resistance of the concrete that the replacement rate are 30%,50%and 70% are studied respectively.The result shows that the above performance lower than the performance of datum concrete.2.Used together with zinc slag as substitute aggregate(Use the crushed waste concrete as the replacement of coarse aggregate,use the zinc slag as the replacement of fine aggregate).the replacement rate of coarse aggregate is 50% and the replacement rate of fine aggregate is 30 %.The mechanical properties,the frost resistance,the resistance to chloride ion penetration and the wear resistance of the concrete are studied.The result shows that the performance of concrete is lower than datum concrete,but it also can meet the needs of practical engineering.The influence of different contents of fly ash and silica fumeto concrete performance(replace 50%coarse aggregate and replace 30%fine aggregate).The result shows that with the addition of fly ash,the early strength of concrete is lower than ordinary concrete but the later strength is relatively uniform,and can effectively improvethe resistance to chloride ion penetration.The best appropriate adding amount of fly ash is 20%.Silica fumecan increase the early strengthand later strengthsignificantly.And it can improve the frost resistance and the resistance to chloride ion penetrationsignificantly.The best appropriate adding amount of silica fume is 8%. |
