Medium carbon bainite steel has high strength, proper toughness and hardness, especially it has excellent welding process performance, which makes it widely used in various fields. The study of deformation resistance and dynamic recrystallization behavior of metal materials during deformation is the basis of rolling schedule design. In order to study the thermal deformation behavior of 30MnSiCrAlNiMo bainite steel, the true stress-strain curve of carbon bainitic steel in 30MnSiCrAlNiMo was measured by Gleeble—3500 thermal simulation test machine. The deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation degree were studied by the processing and analysis of experimental data. The influence of deformation stress and dynamic recrystallization is established, and the mathematical model of deformation resistance is established, and the comprehensive diagram of dynamic recrystallization is plotted. The results show that in the process of high temperature deformation of carbon bainite steel in 30MnSiCrAlNiMo,the higher the temperature, the lower the deformation rate, the smaller the deformation resistance. The dynamic recrystallization will occur only when the critical deformation amount is achieved and the activation energy is sufficient. The more the temperature is,the lower the deformation rate is,the more easily the dynamic rejunction will occur.Crystal.The dynamic recrystallization activation energy Qd=219.554 KJ/mol of30MnSiCrAlNiMo steel was determined by the data obtained by double channel heat compression test, and an empirical model of the dynamic recrystallization was established as ???,which results are agreement with the experimental results.
