| The valve is an industrial device that enables the flow or stoppage of fluids(such as liquids or gases)in the working equipment and pipelines,while controlling the flow,pressure,and direction of the equipment.It is also aerospace,shipbuilding,nuclear industry,various cryogenics,And key components such as marine oil and other basic national departments are indispensable.As a core part of pipeline transportation,in recent years,with the steady development of national economy and science and technology,all walks of life have put forward higher requirements for the accuracy and type of valve body parts.On the one hand,the valve body produced by the original process scheme cannot meet the high-end industry requirements in terms of hardness,corrosion resistance,and production efficiency.On the other hand,with the gradual development of the economy and continuous improvement of science and technology,the amount of valve bodies used by various industries in the country is also increasing,and the state has invested more and more in the design and production of valve body products.This paper is based on the multi-directional die forging technology,consults domestic and foreign literature,and formulates a production process with a three-flange three-way valve,and numerically simulates and analyzes the influencing factors of different production.This paper first analyzes the structural features of the three-way flanged three-way valve body,combines the three-way three-way valve body structure size to design the mold parts,and develops the tooling and process.Using FORGE finite element simulation software,according to the different punch shape and The final punch position of the vertical punch was used to study its effect on forging results.Blank temperature set 1225 °C,mold temperature 250 °C,select the water-based graphite lubrication conditions,the blank select C45,study the punch shape factor,the punch shape change is divided into bottom shape change,punch draft angle change,vertical The punch is 5mm/s.The horizontal punch follows the vertical punch and moves at the same time.When studying the influence of the vertical punch stop position,the vertical punch stops first and the horizontal punch moves back.Finally,a multi-directional die forging forging test with three flanges and three-way valve bodies was carried out by selecting suitable blanks and parameters on a 40.0 MN multi-directional die forging hydraulic press.The multi-directional die forging process technology was verified for forging results with a three-way flanged three-way valve body.Experiments have shown that the multi-directional die forging process technology is of high practicality,the forgings filling effect is good,and the flow line of the metal billet after forging is complete.Therefore,the multi-directional die forging process has practical value and has certain guiding significance for industrial valve body production. |
