The growth of the computer,mobile device,home appliance and can making industries has driven the rapid development of the tin-plated and chrome-plated strip industry—more than 16 million tons of tin-plated plates and chrome plates are produced every year.In addition to the development of the traditional tinplate production process,in order to adapt to the changes in the customer's requirements for tinplate original plate product specifications(thinner)and performance(stronger),the new production method—double cold reduction(DCR—Double Cold Reduction)technology is also gradually evolving.Under this background,how to ensure the quality of the strip,especially the improvement of the cleanliness of the strip surface,has become the focus of attention of the manufacturers.In order to obtain a high degree of surface cleanliness of the strip and make sure that the strip is sufficiently cleaned some manufacturer has to reduced the production speed.This has affected the production capacity,and the article will focus on this issue.Firstly,the effect of the process lubrication system on the surface residual oil and lubricity of strip steel was studied.Based on this,combined with experiments and on-site research,the lubricity and residual oil control capability of different rolling oils were optimized to ensure the strip rolling.While reducing the speed,the amount of residual oil on the finished strip surface is reduced.Subsequently,the equipment and process characteristics of the degreasing process of the 1220 tin-plating unit were fully combined to study the effects of degreasing process conditions(mainly including temperature,concentration,discharge cycle,and strip running speed)on the degreasing agent residual oil cleaning capability,and on this basis The speed of operation of the unit and the residual oil cleaning control capability are both taken into account.Through the optimization of the degreasing process,the operation speed of the unit can be increased under the premise of ensuring the residual oil control capability,and the requirements for strip steel production speed increase can be met.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive optimization techniques for lubricity andresidual oil control capabilities and equipment and processes that incorporate the degreasing process of the 1220 tinning unit,steel strip surface cleanability comprehensive control technology in double cold reduction process was developed with the goal of reducing residual oil volume and increasing strip production speed.The comprehensive control technology of the strip surface cleanability of the rolling unit is applied to the production practice to ensure that the cleaning ability of the unit matches the production rhythm of the tinning unit and good results are achieved.
