| In recent years,inspired by the"self-cleaning effect"of the lotus leaf in nature,superhydrophobic coating materials have attracted widespread attention for its unique wettability,and the huge application needs in daily life,such as corrosion protection of metallic materials,antifrost,drag reduction of on the hull surface and pipeline.The superhydrophobic coatings were prepared by the following two steps,i.e.,the micro-nano rough structures were constructed on the surface of the coating material firstly,and then modified with the low surface energy material on its surface.The obtained superhydrophobic fabric coatings have characteristics such as abrasion resistance,chemical resistance,etc,to slove the poor mechanical properties problem.Two methods to fabricate the superhydrophobic fabric coatings were proposed in this study.The main contents of this study are as follows:1.A simple reliable dip-coating method to fabricate superhydrophobic fabric coatings fixed with DTMS modified Al2O3 nanoparticles.Then the influencing factors to properties of superhydrophobic fabric coatings had been researched,such as the amount of composites,the amont of PDMS and the mass ratio of DTMS to PDMS.At a particle content of 0.35 g,PDMS=1.2 wt%,DTMS/PDMS=2.5:1(mass ratio),the prepared superhydrophobic fabric coatings has a water contact angle value(WCA)of 158°and slide angle value(SA)of 6°.Meanwhile,the properties of mechanical stability and chemical durability for the prepared superhydrophobic fabric coatings had been test throuh abrasion resistance test,tape tear test,chemical solvent test and anti-stain test.And its application in the field of oil/water separation also had been further explored.The high oil/water separation efficiency of the superhydrophobic fabric coatings provide it competitive strength crude oil leakage treatment filed.2.The sol-gel method had been used to fabricate the superhydrophobic fabric coatings.The fabrics were immersed in an ethanol solution of ZrOCl2·8H2O,followed by adding an appropriate amount of ammonia,then DTMS were added and stired for 4 h to obtain superhydrophobic fabric coatings.When the amount of ammonia is 6 mL and DTMS amount is 0.25 mL,and the amount of ZrOCl2·8H2O solution is 0.028 mol/L,the WCA value of the superhydrophobic fabric coatings is 156°and the SA value is 10°.The abrasion resistance test,solvent resistance test and anti-stain test were used to test the properties of mechanical stability and chemical durability of the superhydrophobic coatings.Those test results showed that this method produces superhydrophobic fabric coatings with excellent properties.Meanwhile,its application in the field of oil/water separation were also been explored.The as-prepared superhydrophobic fabric coatings have excellent oil/water separation capabilities and can be a candidate for its excellent application prospects in oily wastewater treatment. |
