Strengthening the research and development of new latex production technology to make the manufacturing process towards green development is an important research direction of the latex industry.In this paper,it takes “Molding Technology Research of Thermo-Condensed Latex and Design of Parameter Monitoring Platform” as its title.Through numerical simulation technology,the flow field generating device suitable for the molding process of thermocondensed latex is designed and prototyped.And the small molding platform system is built to complete the molding test of thermo-condensed latex in order to reduce the acidic pollution and energy consumption in the production process of the latex.At the same time,it further designs the process parameter information monitoring platform so as to monitor the production status of thermo-condensed latex in real time and improve the stability of thermo-condensed latex in practical application.This has important academic value and significance.The research work is supported by Jieyang City,Guangdong Province Industry-University-Research Project(2015B01040).The thesis analyzes the domestic and foreign research progresses of the latex molding technology,numerical simulation technology and on-line monitoring technology of industrial process.And combined with thermo-condensed latex production process,it proposes the overall design requirements of the latex molding process.Through the numerical simulation,the flow field generating device is designed and prototyped,then the platform system is built to complete the molding test.Finally,further design the information monitoring platform.Main work of the thesis includes the following parts:(1)Analyze the molding process of thermo-condensed latex,propose to build a small molding test platform system for thermo-condensed latex gel molding process,and focus on the design of the flow field generating device,then conceive the structure and function of each part of the device,which is for latex molding test planning.And then in order to improve the stability of latex in practical application and production,the demand of designing parameter monitoring platform is put forward,and determine the structure of the functional framework.Analyze the key technologies such as simulation of the device and on-line monitoring of industrial processes,determine the overall technical route.(2)Introduce the simulation design of the flow field generating device.Firstly,use SolidWorks to simulate the three-dimensional modeling of the flow field generating device,and by using CFD Fluent software,the three-dimensional model is meshed in ICEM to obtain the mesh model,then simulate the process of heating and extruding of thermo-condensed latex to observe and analyze the distribution of flow velocity and temperature in the flow field device.According to the simulation results,the design rationality of the device is validated,and the parameter conditions are further adjusted to optimize the extrusion efficiency of the flow field generating device in the molding process of thermo-condensed latex.(3)Using numerical simulation techniques to analyze the design,the flow field generating device is manufactured in practice,and a small test platform system is bulit to conduct the molding test of thermo-condensed latex.Taking the ultra-fine size latex as the research object,the experiment is carried out in two aspects,including the molding test of pure thermal coagulation and the compound molding test of thermal coagulation and low acetic acid.After observation and analysis,it is found that pure thermal coagulation test method can not fully meet the actual expected large-scale rapid production of latex,and the composite method of thermal coagulation combined with low-acetic acid,which shortens the latex gel molding stability time,can achieve the expected requirements and meet the actual applications of latex production.(4)Based on the configuration software MCGS,the parameters information monitoring platform of thermo-condensed latex production process is designed,which completes the design of the acquisition site,communication network and monitoring interface in turn.According to the monitoring target,complete the sensing of choice and layout in the acquisition site.And complete the selection of interface,protocol and conversion module to ensure the reliability of data transmission in the process of monitoring data communications network.Then in the design of the monitoring interface,the information transmitted from the monitoring points at the production site of the latex is visualized in order to facilitate the managers to monitor the process information parameters and further improve the stability of the product.In this paper,the flow field generating device for the molding process of thermocondensed latex has been applied in the production test of a certain company's thermocondensed latex.And the design of process parameters monitoring platform can meet the various functional requirements of production management,which enhances the stability of latex production in practical
