Stealth technology has been used in military facilities such as aircrafts,ships,bridges,and tanks,which improves the penetration ability and increases survival rate.In this area,absorbing materials play a key role.The wave absorbing material is composed of absorbent with a specific medium electromagnetic Absorption Properties,and the absorbent have effect on the wave absorbing properties of the wave absorbing material.With the rapid development of nanotechnology,a single wave-absorbing material can not meet the needs of the aerospace field.Therefore it is important to prepare wave-absorbing material with superior wave-absorbing performance.As a new type of carbon material,graphene oxide has a unique single-layer structure that gives it special physical and chemical properties,which brings new opportunities for the study of new carbon-based electromagnetic wave absorbing materials.Graphene oxide has high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity,large specific surface area and light weight.It is a relatively good absorbing material.MoS2 is a kind of new material with S-Mo-S three-layer structure.It has special electrical,optical,mechanical properties and a wide bandgap.When rGO was modified by MoS2,the electromagnetic wave absorption performance was improved.In this paper,M/MoS2 was obtained by modifying MoS2 with KH570,and then reduced graphene?rGO?was modified by M/MoS2,and?M/MoS2?/rGO composites were prepared.The structure of?M/MoS2?/rGO composites were characterized by FITR,X-ray diffraction?XRD?,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,and transmission electron microscopy?TEM?.The wave absorption properties of the?M/MoS2?/rGO composites were measured by complex permittivity,Cole-Cole,and reflection loss?RL?.And the electromagnetic wave absorption mechanism of?M/MoS2?/rGO composites was analyzed.The maximum reflection loss?RL?of?M/MoS2?/rGO composites with the thickness of 3.0 mm is-49.7 dB.The?M/MoS2?/rGO composite has strong absorption properties.Barium titanate?BaTiO3?has good relaxation,scattering and phonon dissipation effects under periodic boundary conditions.And the relative permittivity decreased with the increasing frequency.There is a resonant peak at the narrow frequency of dielectric loss.Based on Ostwald ripening and cation exchange mechanism,BaTiO3/rGO composites were prepared by hydrothermal method,and BaTiO3 was grafted on the surface of rGO nanosheet.The structure of Ba TiO3/rGO composites was characterized by FITR,XRD,SEM and TEM.The complex dielectric constant,Cole-Cole and RL were used to characterize the microwave absorbing properties of the BaTiO3/rGO composites.Compared with pure BaTiO3 nanotube,the BaTiO3/rGO composites had superior electromagnetic wave absorption performance.The maximum reflection loss?RL?of BaTiO3/rGO composites with the thickness of 3.0 mm is-44.9 dB.The BaTiO3/rGO composite has strong absorption properties and can be used as a promising electromagnetic wave absorbing material.
