Development Of Anti-aging Eye Cream And Mask With Lycopene Yeast Extract

Lycopene has excellent free radical scavenging ability,and has a bright future in the application and development of anti-aging cosmetics.However,lycopene has a special unsaturated structure and poor stability so that it is easy to degrade and,which reveals the limitation of lycopene.Lycopene Yeast Extract?LYE?is water dispersible,which is rich in small molecule peptides,free amino acids,vitamins,nucleic acids,nucleotides and other yeast active substance.And the LYE has both the nutritional performance of yeast extract and antioxidant capacity of Lycopene,so the application prospect of anti-aging is outstanding.In this paper,The physical and chemical properties,Number of microbial colonies,security,lycopene content,and free radical scavenging ability of LYE were measured,All the factors are in line with the conditions prescribed by the"cosmetics safety technical specifications"?2015 Edition?requirements and cosmetic formulations.The application of LYE in cosmetic emulsion system was studied,designed a W/O anti-aging eye cream.Based on the consideration of emulsifiers,oil phase components,aqueous phase components and other functional raw materials,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the optimum formulation system consists of LYE 1%,Silicone powder 1%,Jojoba oil 2%,KSG-210 2%,PMX-345 10%,EM90 1.75%,Bentone Gel 0.5%,PMX-1501 0.5%,Glycerin 10%,Butylene glycol 8%,MgSO₄ 1%,Water to 100%,The optimum technological conditions are as follows,The homogenization rate was 2000rpm,the homogenization time was 5min,and the adding time of water phase was 20min.A randomized double-blind controlled clinical trial showed that the eye cream prepared by adding LYE into eye cream could significantly improve the skin moisture content and elasticity,reduces the loss of skin water,reduces wrinkles,improves the appearance of the skin by adding color and luster to the skin.The application of LYE in the non-emulsifying system of cosmetics was studied,and designed an anti-aging facial mask.The progress of this research will provide theoretical basis and technical support for the further research and commercial development of LYE in the field of cosmetics,get the best mask cloth is the three generation of silk mask cloth.The best essence formula consists of LYE 1%,Butylene glycol 3%,HEC 0.2%,Tinocare GL 1%,Polyglycerin-10 3%,Glycerin 8%,WSK 0.03%,HA 0.03%,Polyglutamic acid 0.03%,AVC0.2%,Water to 100%.Evaluation of human efficacy by tissue volunteers,the results showed that the LYE added to the water soluble cosmetics had a significant effect on improving skin moisture content,reducing skin moisture loss and improving skin elasticity.The results showed that the effect of instant skin improvement was good,and the duration was more than8 hours.The results of this study will provide theoretical basis and technical support for the in-depth research and commercial development of LYE in the field of cosmetics.
