The Three Dimensional Printing(3DP)technology,also known as Additive Manufacturing(AM),was first introduced in 1983 and has been ubiquitous over the past few decades as technology has evolved.As a new type of rapid manufacturing technology has great potential to make it suitable for different applications,such as: aerospace,electronics,entertainment,lifestyle and drug treatment.Stereo lithography(SLA)is the first patented and commercialized technology in 3D printing technology.This technology involves the solidification of liquid photopolymers(photosensitive resins for 3D printing materials)by creating a chemical reaction by using a light source to provide the required energy,combining large numbers of small molecules and forming highly cross-linked polymers.This paper mainly uses Hydantoin epoxy resin(HER)as raw material to synthesize photosensitive prepolymer,and adding reactive diluent,photoinitiator and other fillers to produce photosensitive resin.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the photosensitive resin modified by aluminum silicate(ALS)were incorporated.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Hydantoin epoxy acrylic prepolymer(HEA)was synthesized by reacting Hydantoin epoxy resin(HER)with acrylic acid,and the temperature,amount of catalyst,amount of polymerization inhibitor,and catalyst were investigated.The influence of species and type of inhibitor on their reaction,and their structures were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The experimental results show that the reaction between HER and acrylic acid is 90 ?C-100 ?C and the reaction is 4 h.The conversion rate is as high as 96.5%,and the best catalyst and inhibitor are triphenylphosphine and hydroquinone.The amounts used are between 1.0% and 2.0% and 0.2% respectively.2.To study the effect of reactive diluents with different functionalities on the viscosity,shrinkage,tensile strength,bending strength,hardness,and impact strength of the Hydan epoxy acrylic prepolymer.The results show that the reactive diluent reduces the viscosity of the photosensitive resin.And mechanical properties,but the shrinkage has increased.On the other hand,the influence of different photoinitiators and their amounts on the curing effect of prepolymers was investigated.The experimental results show that PI-184 and PI-1173 have the best curing effect when used as a photoinitiator,and when the amount of PI-184 is 1.5 At %,the gelation rate has reached 99% when the illumination time is 3 s.3.To improve the mechanical properties of the photosensitive resin,aluminum silicate(ALS)was blended with the photosensitive resin to study the effect of aluminum silicate(ALS)on the viscosity,gelation rate,shrinkage,and mechanical properties of the photosensitive resin,and the use of scanning Electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the morphology of the fracture surface,and the thermal stability of the sample was analyzed by thermo gravimetric analyzer(TG).The study found that the introduction of ALS increased the viscosity of the resin and the curing time,increased the thermal decomposition temperature,reduced the gel rate and shrinkage.When the amount of ALS was 2.0%,the mechanical properties of the composite resin were improved.
