| Stainless steel 304 and polymer materials polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)are two common metal materials and polymer materials.Useing the processing technology was made the two materials composite to meet the needs of the product production.The physical and chemical properties of PMMA,which does not induce steel and polymer materials,are quite different,making it difficult to obtain the ideal weld between the two materials.This paper mainly focuses on the laser lap welding process of stainless steel304 and polymer material PMMA was applicated the technology in automotive,aerospace,and microelectronics package welding.The weldability of stainless steel 304 and polymer material PMMA laser lap welding was studied using a WF300 pulsed laser.Under certain conditions and parameters,the spot of the laser welding equipment is irradiated with heat conduction on the upper metal,the appearance of the joint is flat and perfect,and there is no burning or welding.Zones and other defects,joint shear strength can reach 173.87 N/mm~2.Exploring the analysis of typical welding effects under the combination of different welding process parameters,and comparing the analysis by the range method,summed up the laser power,welding speed,spot size,pulse frequency,pulse width,shielding gas flow rate on the weld width and pull off The law of force.Orthogonal design method was used to test and BP neural network was used to optimize the mathematical model.The simulation of laser welding of stainless steel 304 and polymer PMMA was carried out by finite element numerical simulation.The physical and chemical properties of metal and polymer materials were analied,the laser beam is irradiated on the upper metal material,and the polymer material is closely attached to the upper metal material,which reduces the need for high transparency of the polymer material.For the sub-program,a special symmetrical manual adjustment clamping device was designed.The laser welding process parameters and the adjustment method of the welding spot size were determined.After the end of welding,the tensile test of the welded joint was performed.The quality of the welded joint was evaluated through the failure mode analysis of the welded joint,and the connection mechanism was initially revealed.Designed a special fixture for holding materials.Determine the laser welding process parameters and the adjustment method of the welding spot size.After the welding is completed,universal electronic testing machine is used for tensile test.By analyzing the failure modes of the welded joints and evaluating the quality of the welded joints,there are four failure modes for the welded joints,among which the welding defects and energy density are the main reasons leading to joint failure.Based on weldable,an orthogonal process parameter table was designed by orthogonal test method,the weld width and shear resistance were analyzed,and the welding process parameters,weld width and pull-out force were established.Model was corresponded mathematical.The BP neural network algorithm was used to optimize the mathematical model and a three-layer BP neural network model was established.The measurement results were used as a training sample for the neural network.After the training,the nonlinear relationship between the process parameters and the weld width and shear stress was established.The inspection network has better prediction ability,the maximum relative error was 11.7%,the accuracy is controlled within 12%,and the parameters of stainless steel 304 and polymer material laser welding of the PMMA laser are optimized by using a trained BP neural network model.Find out the best combination of process parameters.Using the ANSYS software to establish the mathematical model of laser welding between stainless steel 304 and polymer PMMA,numerical simulation of the temperature field,to a certain extent,revealed that the stainless steel 304 and polymer materials PMMA laser welding joints Forming mechanism.Using the ANSYS software to establish the mathematical model of laser welding between stainless steel 304 and polymer PMMA,numerical simulation of the temperature field,to a certain extent,revealed that the stainless steel 304 and polymer materials PMMA laser welding joints mechanism. |
