| This study fully exploited the characteristics of low free calcium oxide and high density of converter steel slag,developed all steel slag concrete products,and used the converter steel slag to develop high-density concrete with other high-density materials,heavy concrete mix ratio formed and applied in the actual project.The main research contents and results are as follows:The basic properties of the main types of steel slag produced in Bao steel and various other counterweight materials were studied.Through basic chemical composition analysis and leaching toxicity analysis,the converter steel slag was selected as the raw material for the counterweight from the perspective of volume stability.On this basis,it was found that the converter steel slag is a material with a density of 3.0×10~3kg/m3 and long-term stability through the study of various indicators.The structure of slag is stable and the content of iron oxide accounts for approximately1/4 of the composition.Specific surface area is 0.541m~2/g.Through experimental analysis,the density and strength of all-steel slag-heavy concrete are closely related to the bulk density of steel slag aggregates.The density of concrete is directly proportional to the bulk density of aggregates,and the concrete strength is inversely proportional to it.Through experiments and concrete engineering application,at a water-cement ratio of 0.42 and a sand ratio of 0.52,the density of all-steel slag concrete ranges from 2.9-3.2×10~3kg/m~3,and the strength grade can reach C25,the concrete has good workability.The steel slag was mixed with different weight aggregates to produce heavy concrete with density grades of 3.2×10~3kg/m~3,3.5×10~3kg/m~3,3.7×10~3 kg/m~3,4.0×10~3kg/m~3,and 4.5×10~3 kg/m~3,formulate a corresponding grade of heavy concrete.At the same time,the final construction formulation has been formed with a density of3.2×10~3 kg/m~3,3.5×10~3 kg/m~3,3.7×10~3 kg/m~3,and applied in a large construction machinery enterprise.The cost of heavy concrete construction materials with a density of 3.5×10~3 kg/m~3 and 3.7×10~3 kg/m~3 has decreased by 2.47%and 10.74%,respectively,which a strong market competitiveness.The has optimized steel slag heavy concrete formulation has been used in construction machinery such as excavators,road rollers and other construction machinery,etc.It is expected that the annual supply of steel slag weight concrete can reach 8,000 tons. |
