For the mining industry,the deep mining system is the core equipment of mining.The deep underground exploration system in iron mines often has the characteristics of frequent accidents and maintenance difficulties,which brings great constraints on the production and development of iron mines.With the development of information technology,deep mining automation system began to be gradually developed and applied,and can greatly enhance the production efficiency and safety,and improve the remote monitoring and dispatching command of the deep exploration system.This article takes Li Guanji iron ore as an example to carry on the research,aiming at its deep mining automation system to carry on the corresponding analysis and the research.Therefore,the research goal of this paper lies in that through the automatic and intelligent construction and reconstruction of mines,the shaft hoisting capacity and the improvement of processing plant capacity are effectively improved,and the ventilation system,drainage system and power supply system are capable of supporting the expansion of mines Transformation,and ultimately makes the mine's high-quality resources to be more reasonable use,reduce the election ratio,improve the economic efficiency of mines.This paper studies the main contents include: first,based on the shandong Li Guanji iron ore mining the status quo,analysis of the automatic control ability,deep mining system running situation,the deep automation control system equipment running status data,and has carried on the related analysis and calculation;Second,based on the shandong Li Guanji iron mine of deep development engineering automation control scheme and basic analysis of the geological and hydrological conditions,determined the mining method and mining areas,etc.;Third,put forward the improvement project of deep mining automation control system,designs the automatic centralized control management system solutions,deep exploit video monitor system,improvement scheme has good application effect after implementation.
