Domestic NC machine tool' reliability has improved with a series of project implementation,but the extent of ascension is not enough,the gap with foreign top level is still clear.The developing IT provides NC machine tool reliability research a new train of thought,machine tool reliability research relevant personnel can use network platform for data sharing,exchange of experience and knowledge popularization.Current domestic parties during machine tool reliability research is lack of a wide range of cooperation,even in a subject or project can gather some powerful research unit(university,scientific research institution,machine tool manufacturers,etc.),data exchanging and experience sharing between each other is not unobstructed,unable to realize the biggest force,so constructing a network platform to integrate resource is of great significance.This paper combines National Major Scientific and Technological Special Project for of China(2016ZX04004005-08).Starts from the parties to the specific requirements of NC machine tools related personnel,research and analysis the current mainstream of Internet development technology,design the function of the reliability service platform of NC machine tool industry.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,the reliability key technology of NC machine tools involved in the service platform is introduced.The typical index of the reliability of NC machine tool is introduced,and the MTBF is calculated with instance.The FMECA and FTA analysis were carried out with a large machine tool' tool magazine system and NC rotary table.Process design and association rule design for fault diagnosis based on reliability database.Secondly,analysis the requirements from the user's demand,functional requirements and Non-functional requirements on three aspects: According to the characteristics of its users,users are divided into tourist,primary users,advanced users and platform administrator.According to the functional requirement to show each function module in the form of a use case diagram.Based on non-functional requirements putting forward the service platform of operability,friendly interface,reliability,security and so on.Then,complete the service platform' function design and database design.Machine tool industry reliability service platform' function design is divided into the front-end design and the back-end design two aspects,and IPO table is used to specify the function of platform of each module.Service platform database design includes concept design and dictionary design two parts,and the designed data table structure is clear.Finally,complete the construction of the service platform,illustrate the principle of building platform,complete the software selection,introduce the technical framework of service platform,and design the building environment.
