In order to prevent the pollution of dairy processing wastewater in the upstream of Longjing Lake in Yuanbo Park,Adopting advanced dairy wastewater on-line detection system and integrated network monitoring and management platform.So we can realize the determination of wastewater quality indicators,such as CODcr?NH3-N?BOD?SS?flow Q and pH.And carry out research and demonstration on the regulation and control technology of wastewater treatment process for dairy products based on on-line monitoring.based on the small scale facility for the dairy processing wastewater treatment plant,This test aims at measuring kinetic parameters of wastewater treatment plant,Determining the relationship between water quality indicators and process operating parameters,and using this relationship to guide the process parameter control,and improve effluent water quality and process energy consumption.And analyzed the running effect before and after the regulation and operation stability analysis,get the following conclusion:?when the system is stable,there is a good relationship between Se and sludge load(F/M),the relevant coefficient R2 is 0.976,the relational expression is as follows:Se=213.952(F/M)-2.47?sludge age(SRT,or ?c),as an important control parameter,is controlling the population structure,quantity,and metabolism of microbial populations in activated sludge pellets.There is a good relationship between Se and sludge age,the relational expression is as follows:Se= 3.567?c + 157.82/0.4767?c-1?The most optimum Control interval of DO in aerobic tank is 1.6~4 mg/L,the most optimum Control interval of sludge load(F/M)is 0.0766~0.0998 kgBOD/(kgMLSS · d),with the conversion,BOD is 13.92~18.88 mg/L.the most optimum Control interval of sludge age is 33~38 d,the most optimum Control interval of reflux ratio of circulating liquid is 180~22%,and when MLSS changes between 2800~3500mg/L,making the water quality better.?Tab.4.1 Describes feedback mechanisms for effluent water quality changes to process systems.using those feedback mechanisms,we can Establish a dairy product wastewater process control system,which is based on on-line monitoring system.?The effect of process regulation with the small scale is remarkable,the change of effluent BOD?NH4+—N is evident,The average denitrification efficiency before and after the regulation was 69.52%and 74.86%respectively.The effect of denitrification is relatively obvious,the average phosphorus removal efficiency before and after the regulation was 96.75%and 97.86%,respectively.The effect of phosphorus removal is not obvious,but both highly.Although it has been considered in the analysis process,the feedback of the effluent water quality on the state of the process is still lagging behind,the impact in the actual project needs further inspection.?When the impact load occurs,Process control system can react effectively and have a certain degree of stability.
