Research On Energy Sustainable Development Strategy In Yibin District

Energy is the main material for maintaining the development of the country,society,and humanity.It is related to the national economy,the people’s livelihood,and the country’s strategic competitiveness.It has become one of the key factors that restrict the development of countries in the world.At present,countries around the world are actively developing the energy industry,striving to innovate energy technologies,and accelerating the formulation of energy development strategies in order to grasp the initiative for future development.In order to formulate a sustainable energy development strategy that is more in line with the characteristics of the region and the characteristics of the times,based on the study of the current situation at home and abroad,the basic energy structure and characteristics of the Yibin area are analyzed first;and then based on the basic characteristics of the energy production and consumption structure in the Yibin area,Following the four principles of science,dominance,conciseness and dynamics,a comprehensive evaluation index system for energy sustainable development in Yibin district was established with the goal of energy sustainable development,economic,environmental and social development as a system,including 15 related indicators;The component analysis method evaluates each subsystem,including the dimensionless processing of the original data,calculating the eigenvalues,contribution rates,and cumulative contribution rates of the correlation matrix and the corresponding matrix;finally,a comprehensive evaluation of the resulting principal components is performed.The results of the study indicate that the role of energy in the economic development of the Yibin area has gradually diminished;society’s dependence on energy has gradually decreased;and the environmental burden of energy development on the Yibin area has been greatly reduced.Based on the results of comprehensive evaluation,this paper analyzes the factors affecting energy consumption from the three aspects of economic development,social progress,and technological innovation,and determines the population,the regional GDP,the energy consumption per unit of GDP,and the value-added of large-scale industries.The four indicators in the survey and the regression analysis method were used to predict the energy demand in Yibin.This paper takes the sustainable development of energy as the basic idea,and formulates energy development strategies with regional characteristics through analysis,evaluation and prediction of energy development in Yibin area.The research results have a certain role as a reference for local economic and social development,and can provide theoretical reference and model building experience for China’s regional energy development strategy.
