With the gradual increase in the number of car ownership in China and the continuous expansion of the travel radius,traffic accidents caused by car safety are likewise increasing.As far as car safety itself is worried,its evaluation method is in continuous development,but the safety of automotive textiles as an important part of it is still in its infancy and there is no complete safety evaluation.In the process of the automobile industry in China,by turning from strong to strong,the continuous improvement of the standard testing system for automotive textiles,especially the safety evaluation,has become an urgent task.At present,domestic and foreign automotive tests and standards are in a sense a summary of completed vehicle safety and do not meet the requirements of advanced safety system design and development.Research on single components and components of automotive safety is based on the research of reliability,and there are few studies on the other failure modes of components and the related risks between components.In response to the above problems,the paper made a comprehensive survey on the safety of automobiles and textile related laws and regulations and testing standards on the basis of a thorough investigation of the automotive textile market,and studied the safety evaluation methods for automotive textiles.A more systematic evaluation system has been set up.The evaluation system is not only the detection of discrete components.More importantly,it analyzes the probability of harm and the degree of harm of each component of each component.On this basis,a star rating is formed for the safety performance of the entire vehicle textile.Evaluation System.After research and analysis,the evaluation system construction method uses the expert research method + analytic hierarchy process + fuzzy synthesis method + "one vote veto" method + "star rating down" method.Among them,the expert research method is used to establish the index system,establish the index level set,and determine the index weight;the AHP method is used to establish the index weight;the fuzzy synthesis method is used to construct the overall evaluation model and the final decision;The "veto" and "star rating down" methods are used to compensate for the defects of fuzzy synthesis and to reject and lower individual important indicators in the safety performance of automotive textiles.In addition,the paper analyzed and verified by the evaluation system constructed through case studies,and verified the applicability and stability of the system.Selected cases included sample conditions under normal conditions and extreme conditions.
