Bag type dust removal technology is one of the important equipment technologies used by the electric power industry for ultra-low emission of dust-containing flue gas purification in coal-fired power plant boilers.Bag-type dust-removal filter material bag technology directly affects the performance of bag-type dust-removing filter,and the current requirements Ultra-low emissions are particularly important.The in-depth research of the bag filter technology has made great progress in the past 10 years.Under the premise that the power industry further requires ultra-low net emissions of dust from flue gas from coal-fired power plants,the basic properties of the filter media are further improved.The test and comparative analysis are very necessary.It can provide the basis for further improving the performance of filter media and filter bags.The basic properties of the filter media studied in this project mainly include: the physical and chemistry properties of the filter media;filtration characteristics;and the pinhole shrinkage performance.Some of the performance parameters of the filters used for the extended period were also tested.(1)According to the evolution of filter materials for bag house dust removal in power plants,various filter materials used in coal-fired power plant boiler bag filter are tested and analyzed.Selected media include: PPS + P84 blended filter media,PPS filter media,PTFE emulsion-impregnated PPS filter media,and P84 filter media.The test results show that the performance of the selected filter is a typical needle felt feature in the standard,in which the P84's weft breaking strength is higher than other filter materials,and impregnation of the PTFE emulsion can enhance the strength of the PPS filter material.After PPS filter treated at 180-220°C for 24 h,the breaking strength in the warp and weft directions increased by 6.98%-13.88%.After the P84 V filter treated at 180-220°C for 24 hours,the warp and weft breaking strength increased by0.52%-16.94%.The corrosion of P84 filter material in 40% NaOH for 24 hours is severe.Attention should be paid to the case of P84 filter material encountering alkali.(2)The pore size distribution of 5 kinds of ordinary filter materials such as PPS+P84 blended filter media,PPS gradient filter material and PPS film filter material,filtration resistance of clean materials,and material under the condition of replacing aerosol dust with ambient aerosol The filter performance was tested.The results showed that the average pore sizes of five kinds of filter media such as PPS+P84 blended filter media were between 18.83?m~25.56?m,and the pore size distribution was discrete.PPS gradient media were concentrated between 16.00?m~17.00?m,and the pore size of the coated media was 0.50?m~0.60?m.PPS gradient filter efficiency is higher than the other 5 kinds of general filter material 13.01%-45.06%.PPS membrane filter efficiency is higher than the other 5 kinds of general filter materials 2.16%-34.21%.(3)In order to solve the problem of leakage of seam hole during the operation of bag filter,the influence of pinhole rebound characteristics on filter performance of filter materials used in boilers of 5 kinds of coal-fired power plants was tested.The experimental results show that the leakage of pinholes has little effect on the filtration effect of the PTFE emulsion impregnated with PPS filter media,and the reduction of the graded filtration efficiency is not more than 5.00%.When the number of pinholes increased by 25 imported PPS filter media,domestic PPS filter media,PPS+P84 blended filter media,and P84 filter media,the filtration efficiency decreased by 6.50%,12.11%,12.51%,2.97%,and 6.83%,respectively.(4)For a power plant that has used 32,000 hours of 4 filter bags and 52,000 hours of 4 filter bags,the basic parameters have been tested.The results show that the use of 32,000 hours of filter bag filter material compared to the new filter material permeability decreases,breaking strength It has also declined,but it still meets the requirements for the new filter bag strength in the thermal power plant standards.Its graded filtration efficiency has increased by 2.17%~7.93% compared to the new filter bag filter material.The use of 52,000 hours of filter bag filter material is larger than the permeability of the new filter material,the breaking strength is also reduced,but still meet the requirements of the new filter bag strength in the thermal power plant standards,and its classification filter efficiency compared to the new filter bag The filter material decreased by4.18%~21.64%.It shows that the use of 32,000 hours filter bag filter to ensure a strong whilehaving a higher filtration efficiency,and the use of 52,000 hours after the filter performance is attenuated.
