Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,due to the lack of awareness of environmental protection,human survival environment has been unprecedented damage,of which soil heavy metal pollution is a more prominent example of cadmium as a large toxic to the soil of heavy metals,Wide,governance difficult to have been concerned about the serious agricultural production safety,not only endanger the normal growth and development of rice,reduce rice yield and quality,while seriously affecting human health.In this study,different rice varieties were tested by potting method.The aim of this study was to study and discuss the differences in cadmium tolerance of different rice cultivars under cadmium stress.The results showed that:1?The contents of cadmium in various rice varieties were closely related to different rice genotypes,and the cadmium content of rice cultivars was close to that of different rice varieties.As follows: hybrid japonica> hybrid indica rice;from different growth stages,the milk stage is the most obvious period of cadmium content in rice.The changes of cadmium content in the aboveground parts before maturing stage were closely related to the ability of different root systems to absorb cadmium from soil and the transfer ability of cadmium in various parts.The cadmium content of root,stem and leaf Basically stabilized,only brown rice,chaff slightly changed.2?The accumulation of cadmium in different rice varieties was significantly higher than that of the control group.The accumulation of cadmium in different rice varieties was significantly higher than that in the control group The cadmium tolerance of rice was significantly different,and the accumulation rate of cadmium was higher than that of cadmium stress and cadmium supplementation.3?The tillering stage and the full heading stage were the main periods of cadmium accumulation in the roots of rice,and the accumulation of cadmium began to decrease after the full heading stage.The main period of cadmium accumulation in the stem was the tillering stage The accumulation of cadmium in the leaves decreased from the same stage tothe milky stage,and the cadmium uptake in the roots and stems was affected by the uptake.And the brown rice showed an upward trend in the whole growth period.4?The yield of indica rice was significantly decreased under the stress of cadmium stress,and the yield of japonica rice was significantly increased,and the yield of indica rice was significantly decreased,and the yield of japonica rice was significantly increased,The results showed that the yield of japonica was better than that of indica rice,and the yield of Yongyou 12 was the highest.The yield of Chunyou 84 and Yongyou 4149 decreased under the stress of cadmium stress,but the yield was still high in eight rice varieties.The cadmium content and cadmium accumulation in the brown rice varieties were lower than those in the eight rice cultivars,especially in the spring.
