Pesticide as one of the necessities of agricultural production in China’s food production process of pest control has played a significant role.Bismerthiazol is our self-developed,international initiative of the new fungicide,control effect against diseases bacterial blight,bacterial bismerthiazol spot,citrus canker and other fine,but it caused during the application process on the environment contamination and residue in food,will affect human health on fruits and vegetables.Therefore,it is necessary to study the treatment of bismerthiazol millet residue.In this study bismerthiazol bismerthiazol as template molecule to a crosslinking agent,initiator,etc.as additives,with the development of specific adsorption properties,low cost and so bismerthiazol traces bismerthiazol molecularly imprinted polymer for pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and processed Extraction and separation,as well as the promotion and application of solid phase extraction is of great significance.In this paper,the molecular weight imprinted polymer of the bismerthiazol was prepared by bulk polymerization and aqueous suspension polymerization.The selective adsorption properties were studied and the main results were as follows::(1)The results of raw material screening showed that the preparation conditions of molecular imprinted polymer were as follows:the solvent was methanol,the dosage was8.0%,and the acrylamide(AM)functional monomer was the most suitable,and the crosslinking agent was selected from the group of dimethylacrylic acid Ethylene glycol(EDGMA)is preferred,with azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator.By analyzing the results of single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,the best functional monomer types,crosslinking agents,initiators and reaction conditions were screened out respectively.The optimal conditions were as follows:functional monomer(AM):crosslinker(EGDMA)=1:4:20(ratio of matter),And methanol is used as the solvent,and when the amount of the initiator(AIBN)is 42%of the functional monomer,polymerization is carried out at a temperature of 60°C.Then,the obtained polymer was eluted from the template molecules to obtain the hollow polymer MIPs,and the saturated adsorption capacity was the highest,and the adsorption performance was the best.(2)The conditions for the preparation of the bismerthiazol-oxazole imprinted polymer by aqueous suspension polymerization were as follows:functional monomer(AM):crosslinking agent(EGDMA)=1:4:20(ratio of matter),The porogen is methanol,the dispersing agent is polyvinyl alcohol,the stirring speed of 100r/min and the initiator(AIBN)is 42%of the monomer mass fraction,and the water bath polymerization is carried out at the temperature of 60℃.The microparticles with smaller average particle size were prepared and the template microparticles were obtained by extraction and elution.The adsorption capacity was higher and the adsorption capacity was higher.(3)The molecular imprinted polymers of bismerthlazol were prepared by two methods.The results showed that the extraction efficiency of MIPs and MIMs was as follows:using anhydrous methanol as the extraction The adsorption capacity of MIPs and MIMs was the highest at the temperature of 40℃for 24 h,and the adsorption capacity was the best,and the saturated adsorption capacity was 82.54μmol/g,89.52μmol/g.In the MIPs,MIMs surface adsorption sites have uniform selectivity,their saturated adsorption capacity of121.39μmol/g,130.17μmol/g.In the weakly polar solvent,the molecular weight imprinted polymer of the bismerthlazol is prepared by the bulk polymerization method,and the molecular weight imprinted polymer of the bismerthlazol of the bismerthlazol is suitable for the aqueous solution suspension polymerization.(4)The structure of MIPs and MIMs of the molecular imprinted polymers of the bismerthlazol was analyzed by IR.The results showed that the N-H stretching vibration peaks of the non-extracted molecular imprinted zeolite at 3550 cm-1 were red shifted at 3300cm-1.And the N-H stretching vibration peak of about 3300 cm-1 disappears,which is complementary to the molecular structure bismerthlazol.The blank polymer has no obvious effect at about 3550 cm-1.The telescopic vibration peak is about 3000 cm-1,and the stretching vibration is obvious before and after extraction.Hydrogen bond force is between3100 cm-1-3550 cm-1.
