| Polyurethane is a very important polymer material that is widely used in many areas,such as in the automotive industry,home appliances industry,civil engineering,petrochemical,aviation,medical and other fields.In 2016,the consumption of PU product has over ten millon tons in China.The increasing consumption of PU product brings about the increasing waste PU product to be treated.The burning of these waste products induced not only serious envirmental pollution,but also huge resoureces waste,therefore,the effcient utilization of post-consumered PU will be a key problem in the recycling utilizaiton of waste polmers and social sustainable developpment.With the investigation and analysis of the present technological progress of waste PUdegradation,this paper put forwords the catalytic solvothemal technology for waste polyurethane foam liqueficationto prepare polyether polyol for the first time.The proper catalyst system and suitable reaction parameters were determinded,and the formulation for the preparation of PUfoam from the liquefication procuct was optimalized.With DBMAEE as the catalyst,the optimal liquification meterswas determinded as follows: glycol as liquafication agent,temperature of solvothermal reaction was 200 ℃,the time of alcoholysis was 4h,the mass ratio of foam to alcohol was 1: 4,catalyst dosage is 0.15 g,at this condition,liquefacation yield of the foam is 100%,the viscosity of the product is 123.5 cps,OH value of the product of 327.2mgKOH/g.The quality of the liquefied product is fully qualified for the preparation of rigid PU foam。With DBMAEE and ethanolamine as the comlex catalyst,the optimal liquification meters was determinded as follows: glycol as liquafication agent,temperature of solvothermal reaction was 180 ℃,the time of alcoholysis was 4h,the mass ratio of foam to alcohol was 1: 3,catalyst dosage is 0.10 g,at this condition,liquefacation yield of the foam is100%,the viscosity of the product is 116.3 cps,OH value of 456.7mgKOH/g.The quality of the liquefied product is fully qualified for the preparation of rigid PU foam。... |
