| In this paper,methyl trimethoxy silane(MTMS)was used as precursor and added a certain amount of two methyl two methoxy silane(DMDMS)and methanol as solvent.The SiO2 aerogel was successfully prepared by acid alkali two step sol-gel method combined with atmospheric pressure drying.On this basis,the toughening and toughening materials were added to the toughening and toughening of aerogels,the preparation process was optimized,and the properties of the aerogels were explored,and the relevant theoretical analysis was made.The SiO2 aerogels were toughened by doping cellulose,polypropylene fiber,polyester fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber,and their mechanical properties were studied.The hydrophobicity of the aerogels was investigated by adding hydrophobic modifier to the aerogels,and the adsorption properties of the aerogels were also studied.The.The experimental results show that when the cellulose content is 4%toughened SiO2 aerogels,the mechanical compressive strength reaches 2.4 Mpa,the oil absorption ratio reaches8.18g/g and the adsorption cycle number reaches 13 times.When the polypropylene fiber content is 0.2%toughened SiO2 aerogels,the mechanical compressive strength reaches 1.6Mpa,the oil absorption ratio reaches 6.6 g/g,and the adsorption cycle times are reached.To the 20 time,when the polyester fiber content is 0.15%toughened SiO2 aerogel,the mechanical compressive strength reaches 2.4 Mpa,the oil absorption ratio reaches 5g/g and the adsorption cycle number reaches 20 times.When the polyacrylonitrile fiber content is 0.3%toughened Si O2 aerogels,the mechanical compressive strength reaches 2.6 Mpa,the oil absorption ratio reaches 9.5 g/g,and the adsorption cycle times reach the maximum.The 100 time,three methyl chloride(TMCS)with hydrophobic group was used as modifier and a certain proportion of n-hexane(n-Hexane)was added as solvent.When the modification time was 6 h,the hydrophobicity of the aerogel was maximum 169 degree,and the modified aerogel adsorbed organic and oil well,and the modified aerogel was modified.The recycled aerogels have high recycling use. |
