In view of the traditional welding steel wheel forming process,there are problems such as low forming efficiency and insufficient strength.In order to improve the forming efficiency and forming strength of steel wheels,the integral forming process of B380 CL steel wheels was studied by spinning technology.The main contents are as follows:1.The main process parameters affecting the whole spinning forming of steel wheels are analyzed theoretically,which provides the basis for determining the parameters in the process of experiment.2.The ABAQUS simulation software is used to simulate the strong spinning part of the spinning forming.The comparison experiment of the change of the spinning feed speed when the thinning rate is fixed is simulated.The stress and strain distribution of the blank after the deformation are obtained,and the data are analyzed with the simulation results.3.Based on simulation experiments,we carried out six specific experiments,and analyzed and optimized them according to the specific experimental results of each set.The overall spinning forming process plan of the steel wheel with the highest spin efficiency and the best forming quality is determined.Through the above research steps,a high strength steel wheel without structural welding and rim and spoke forming was successfully manufactured.
