Highland barley is considered one of the highestβglucan content grain of the world,the article used the microbial transformation to extract highland barleyβglucan,and optimized the technological conditions of microbial transformation.Than the highland barleyβglucan’s physical and chemical property and antioxidant activity were evaluated,which provide the basal gist for the development of containing highland barleyβglucan cosmetics.1.Use highland barleyβglucan yield as index,the extraction conditions of microbial transformation of highland barley beta glucan were optimum:according to 1:6 water ratio barley bran starch,58℃gelatinizatied 20 minutes,adding 0.05%Angel active dry yeast,32℃,fermented 34hr,then the fermentation liquid contained 5.21%βglucan,the content of polypeptide had 0.335mg/mL,alpha amino nitrogen contenedt 3.78mg/mL,polyphenol content was 3.7mg/mL,after testing,the fermentation liquid of superoxide dismutase activity was 250.48 U/mL,proteinase 5.52U/mL,fermentation liquid alcohol is 1.7°.2.After purificated,the highland barleyβglucan’s purity was 91.20%,the average molecular weight of 1.366*10~5;was glucose and a small amount of pentosan;was connected withβglycosidic bond furan type dextran glucose.3.Analyzed the highland barleyβglucan fermentation liquid’s antioxidant ability,the experimental results show that the DPPH radical scavenging rate was 79.25%,IC50 was9.26g/L,was positively correlated with the concentration of fermentation liquid,the reduction reaches 0.876,the antioxidant capacity of fermentation liquid with VC.4.Analyzed the highland barleyβglucan fermentation liquid’s body moisturizing properties and the body patch,the experimental results show that the highland barleyβglucan fermentation liquid had no irritation to human body,and themoisturizing effect is better than 10%glycerol and 0.5%hyaluronic acid,could be directly used as the make-up water,as a kind of natural biological cosmetics delivery market.Its antioxidation and anti-aging effect remains to be further confirmed.
