The wood electromagnetic shielding material has the advantages of wide resources,renewable,low cost,easy to process and so on.It can effectively block and suppress electromagnetic radiation generated by various electromagnetic waves.However,wood materials are easy to absorb water,damp,and cause adverse effects such as deformation and mildew.On the basis of the analysis of the surface preparation methods of wettability and the theory of electromagnetic shielding,First,the micro nano rough structure was constructed on the surface of wood by copper plating,and the superhydrophobic wood surface was successfully obtained after treatment with fluossilane.The contact angle of the specimen reaches 160 degrees and the rolling angle is 3 degrees.The surface morphology,microstructure,crystal structure and chemical elements of the samples are characterized by a series of characterization on the surface of the superhydrophobic wood which can be shielded by electromagnetic shielding,thus revealing the mechanism of superhydrophobic surface.The mechanical properties of superhydrophobic wood were studied through a series of experiments,such as friction resistance,ultrasonic cleaning stability,aging,surface hardness and adhesive tape.The results showed that the superhydrophobic wood had good mechanical stability.It includes that the specimen has certain friction resistance for external mechanical external force.For the continuous high frequency ultrasound,the specimen has good stability.In the natural environment,the specimen has good timeliness.Compared with ordinary wood chips,the surface hardness of the specimens increased significantly,about 13 times as much as that of the original wood chips.The bonding force between the surface of the specimen and the coating is 4 B,and the bonding force is high.The self-cleaning performance of superhydrophobic wood was verified by the self-cleaning experiment of superhydrophobic wood.The excellent anti-freezing rain and anti-icing performance of superhydrophobic wood is verified from two aspects: ice thinning and easy deicing.The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness under different treatment conditions and different plating time was tested,and the excellent electromagnetic shielding performance of superhydrophobic wood was verified.
