| Ozonation sludge reduction technology has attracted wide attention for its high efficiencyand safety,however,the technology has high investment and operation cost and is difficult to be applied in large scale.In order to reduce the cost of ozonation of sludge reduction treatment,in this paper,a method of ozone with hydroelectric effect enhancement is proposed,a pulsed power source for generating hydroelectric effect has been developed,the experimental study of sludge reduction was carried out.This article mainly includes the following aspects:First,analysis of the mechanism of electrohydraulic effect and ozone with hydroelectric effect enhancement can significantly improve the efficiency of ozone treatment of organic matter.and the technical scheme is formulated according to the method.Secondly,A pulsed power source for generating hydroelectric effect has been developed.the shock wave generated due to the electrohydraulic effect will be weakened as the distance increases.the power supply designed in this paper can output two sets of pulse voltage at the same time.And the output voltage can be continuously adjusted.At the same time,two kinds of automatic and manual operation modes were designed,which increased the convenience of operation.In this paper,the role of the current limiting resistor in the charging process of the main circuit is analyzed and the parameter calculation method is given.The trigger circuit uses energy storage cables as energy storage elements,the three-electrode switch triggering process was analyzed.Once again,Focus on the protection of the pulse power supply for the safe operation of the study.this article uses a ball gap protection circuit to protect the pulse capacitor,considering the grounding design of the pulsed power supply,the phenomenon of ignition between the grounding wire and the discharge reactor that appeared in the experiment was eliminated.At last,the experiment of sludge reduction treatment was carried out.The energy consumption of pulse power source is calculated.the energy consumed by a pulse power supply during a charge cycle is obtained.The experimental results show that: ozone enhanced by the electro hydraulic effect can greatly improve the sludge reduction efficiency.can greatly improve the sludge reduction efficiency.Under the condition of the discharge voltage 25 k V and the discharge 200 times,When the sludge is reduced by 1 tons of dry sludge,The ozonewith hydroelectric effect enhancement can save 30% of electricity,35% of oxygen and 34%of processing cost compared to ozone alone.The method of ozone with hydroelectric effect enhancement is presented in this paper,can significantly reduce the cost of sludge reduction.It has a good application prospect. |
