The Hexi area in the province is dry with little rainfall.Underground water level keeps falling year by year,leading to a severe water resource shortage.In the battle for overcoming poverty and achieving prosperity,to greatly develop dry farming directly impacts the overall situation of economic development.In recent years,sunflower,as an economic crop featuring water conservation and drought resisting,is widely planted in Hexi area,which achieves good economic benefits.De-seeding is a key process for sunflower production and processing.Yet,low mechanization degree restricts the improvement of productivity and economic profit.Specific to problems existing in current sunflower de-seeding machine such as low threshing performance and high damage rate,the research mainly studies different de-seeding cylinders and transmission mechanisms based on the structural features and mechanical property of sunflower disc.In virtue of comparing structures and various transmission schemes of de-seeding cylinder,a 5TK-1200-320 sunflower de-seeding machine is optimally designed.Main study contents are shown as follows:(1)By analyzing and studying current sunflower de-seeding machine types,the study gets key parameters of these machines followed by confirming the design scheme of 5TK-1200-320 sunflower de-seeding machine.(2)The basic structure of 5TK-1200-320 sunflower de-seeding machine is confirmed which mainly includes de-seeding unit,separating unit,transmission unit and rack section.The de-seeding unit is composed of de-seeding roller,concave grating plate and housing.Key parameters are confirmed according to morphological characteristics of sunflower disc.Also,kinematics simulation analysis is used to verify the rationality that de-seeding roller adopts screw rod and rasp bar.The separating unit is composed of upper mesh sieve,low mesh sieve and oscillating bar.The dip angle of vibrating screen is confirmed to be 5-8° via kinematics analysis.Transmission unit is composed of belt drive system,chain drive system and vibrating mechanism.Power conveyed from dynamical system reaches the de-seeding roll shaft firstly and then reaches the separating unit in virtue of chain drive.(3)SolidWorks software is used to conduct structural modeling and analog simulation on de-seeding unit,separating unit and transmission unit.It is also used to conduct simulated analysis on de-seeding roller.The operation results meet the design of sunflower de-seeding machine.(4)Taking threshing performance and damage rate as experimental indicators,the study conducts single factor experiment on influencing factors of these experimental factors.Results show that rotate speed of de-seeding roller,feed quantity of sunflower disc,and interval between de-seeding roller and concave grating plate greatly impact the threshing performance and damage rate.(5)On the basis of single factor experiment,the study takes de-seeding roller,feed quantity of sunflower disc,and interval between de-seeding roller and concave grating plate as influencing factors and threshing performance,damage rate and dirt percentage as evaluation indexes.It applies Design-Expert 8.0.5 central composite experimental method for experimental study,during which period it establishes response surface mathematical model,analyzes impacts from various influencing factors on working quality and conducts comprehensive optimization on relevant parameters.Results show that the rotate rate of de-seeding roller is 700r/min,the and interval between de-seeding roller and concave grating plate is 30 mm,the threshing performance is ?99%,damage rate is ?1.2% and dirt performance is ?1.4%.
