Hydrophobic surfaces have aroused the researchers'widespread attention because of their excellent hydrophobicity.In recent years,the study found that the excellent hydrophobic property have been showed on many plant surfaces in nature.Inspired by the excellent hydrophobic property and high adhesion property of rose petals,we fabricated a rose-like surface microstructure on 7075 aluminum alloy substrates by the optimization of laser processing and double pulse electrodeposition process on the basis of coupled bionic theory,and the hydrophobic property and hydrophobic mechanism of the bionic microscopic coupling structure on the surfaces were studied.The fabricated process of the laser processing and double pulse electrodeposition coupling technology was optimized by experimental optimization,and the variation characteristics of the coupled microstructures gradient and the surface chemical composition under the change of electrodeposition time were studied.The characteristics of surface wettability changes were analyzed during the process changes,and the hydrophobic property and hydrophobic mechanism of optimized coupled preparation process were revealed.Results show that pit structures under different spacing can be fabricated on 7075 aluminum alloy surface by Laser technology,which makes the surface wettability changed from hydrophilic to superhydrophobic.When the distance of laser processing is 50?m,the static contact angle is up to 152.2°,and the actual contact between the water droplets and the surface is in the Cassie state.Nickel ion can be deposited on the sample surface prepared by Laser technology with Electrodeposition,and a rose-like surface microstructure can be fabricated.When the reverse pulse parameters are fixed,The forward pulse parameter is:the pass time is 0.1ms,the shutoff time is 0.8ms,the working time is 150ms,and the electrodeposition time is 400s,the static contact angle on the fabricated surface is up to 153°,and the contact state between the nickel coating structure on the prepared surface and the droplet is in the transition state of W~2-C~1 and C~2-W~1 model.The focus of this paper,the study of the process on bionic coupling hydrophobic structure by both laser processing and electrodeposition,will provide a certain technology reference for the fabricated hydrophobic surface,and promote the experimental studying development of multi technology coupling fabricated process.
