To make achievements in reducing the surface reflection of light components,anti-reflective coating has been extensively used in various optical components.Along with the development of photovoltaic science,increasing the efficiency of solar cells is a considerably discussed issue now.Coating the surface of the glass with a layer of anti-reflection film could promote the efficiency of solar cells to a large extent as the most simple and economical method.In this paper designed and prepared a self-cleaning photovoltaic glass anti-reflection film.First,the structural design and performance simulation of a single-layer silica antireflection film.In this paper,the physical thickness and refractive index of the film are calculated by using optical film design software TFCalc,physical thickness and refractive index parameters with good antireflection effect are obtained.Depending on the deviations in the experiment and theory,the process window that meets the antireflection film theory is found.When preparing for the film,the refractive index should be controlled between 1.1 and 1.3,and there will be a better anti-reflection effect.The physical thickness of the film should be controlled at about 125nm to 135nm,and the antireflection effect obtained is better.When the incident angle of light is less than50°,the anti-reflection effect on the film is small.The above simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the experimental preparation of single-layer SiO2 anti-reflective coating.Secondly,a silica sol was ready,coated with a dip coating machine,and annealed at a later stage to prepare a silica anti-reflective film on a soda lime glass substrate.Thirdly,in the sol-gel process for SiO2 sol preparation system,with the increase of the amount of water and pH,the gelation shows the law of shortening and lengthening.Depending on the law,the stability of the sol system decreases first and then increases;then as the amount of anhydrous ethanol increases,the gelation time rapidly increases,and the stability of the SiO2 sol system also increases.When the experiment is performed at room temperature,the pH of the sol should be controlled at about 2 or 10.When H2O:EtOH:TEOS=(46):(56):1,the gelation time of the obtained sol is Long,good stability.During the pulling coating,the physical thickness of the film grows with the increase of the pulling rate,and the two show a direct relationship.When the annealing temperature is 450 C.,the surfactant in the sol can be completely removed,and an anti-reflection film with a refractive index adjustable can be obtained.Finally,a single-layer SiO2 anti-reflection film with adjustable refractive index was prepared successfully,and the average transmittance of the photovoltaic glass in the wavelength range from 350 to 1100nm reached 97%.
