Washing wool fibers and products is an indispensable part of the plush processing process.This treatment removes grease,sediment,grass,urine alkali,and various impurities generated during the production process by the mechanical and chemical action.The quality of net plush is related to whether or not the subsequent processing can proceed smoothly.Therefore,good detergents are particularly necessary during the washing of pile fibers and products.The plush lotion currently used in the market has many disadvantages.The high salt content of fatty acid soaps causes poor lotion performance;Difficult to biodegrade;Many are phosphorus-containing shampoos.The washed waste liquid has serious pollution to the environment.In order to ensure the ecological safety of wool fibers and products and have a lower processing cost during processing,It is imperative to seek environmentally friendly plush detergents that are inexpensive,easy to synthesize,perform well,and are easily biodegradable.Take three types of bio-source material Camellia seeds as the basic material.Ethanol was used to extract tea saponin from Camellia seed cake and the tea saponin was purified.The effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,ethanol volume fraction,feed-liquid ratio,and pH on the yield of tea saponin were analyzed to determine the best extraction process.That is,80% ethanol is leached for 2 h at a feed-to-liquid ratio of 1:10 at a temperature of 75° C.The final yield is 16.78%.Using the extraction of tea saponin and biosurfactant alkyl glucoside(APG)in combination with other additives for screening experiments,Orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the proportion of the components of the formulation to prepare the raw hair lotion.According to the effects of different detergent dosages,washing time,washing temperature,and amount of builders on hair removal,the optimum raw hair washing process was determined.That is,after the 2 g/L detergent was added with 1.5 g/L builder,the experiment was performed at 55°C.After the wool was washed by this process,the residual fat rate was 0.79% and the whiteness was 37.03.Camellia seed oil is used as raw material.The tea seed oil monoethanolamide sulfosuccinic acid monoester salt was synthesized through amidation,esterification and sulfonation.After the amidation reaction,the content of free amine was determined to be 18.29% and the conversion rate of tea seed oil was 66.72%.After the sulfonation reaction,the prepared tea seed oil monoethanolamide sulfosuccinic acid monoester salt has excellent surface tension and good foaming performance.The use of tea seed oil monoethanolamide sulfosuccinic acid monoester salts,APG combined with other additives for washing and compounding experiments,Orthogonal experimental methods were used to optimize the proportion of formulated formulas to prepare plush products lotions.The effect of washing lotion on different stained cloths was tested,and it was found that the lotion had a good effect on the washing of piled fiber products with different kinds of dirt attached thereto.
