The microreactor is a small reaction system made by precision machining technology.The inner diameter of the microreactor is within 10~1000 ?m.In the micro-chemical production process,micro-channel blockage is a very serious problem,which brings a series of problems such as the waste of raw material and interruption of process.In order to make the microchemical reaction more stable and effective,detecting and determining the degree and position of the blockage is an essential work.In this paper,the blockage test of microchannels is studied by pressure-related method through the software of computational fluid dynamics,the relationship among the branch angles,blockage positions,degree of blockage,fluid flow rate and other factors are analyzed,meanwhile,the microchannel is optimized based on blockage removing.In the study,a CFD(computational fluid dynamics simulation)model of Y-shaped microchannel is established.The microchannel model is meshed with ICEM.Meanwhile,the channel model is meshed by using ICEM,and the flow field is analyzed and calculated in FLUENT.This article designed a partially blocked microchannel model.By comparing the variation of the pressure difference between the blocked and non-blocked microchannels and correlating the regularity with the volume of the blockage and the volume of the microchannel,the RV index to determine the blockage is designed.At the same time,the relationship between the degree of blockage and the difficulty of blockage removal is discussed.Meanwhile,the application of the blockage index is described in detail.The simulation results show that the blockage index can make a good judgment on the difficulty of blockage removal.The purpose of blocking analysis is to remove blockage.In this paper,the influence of the angle of incidence and the location of the blockage on the blocking removal is analyzed by using the Bernoulli equation and the law of conservation of energy,and the removal strategy based on the CFD simulation model is designed.Based on the knowledge of fluid mechanics,the force of blockage body is calculated.In the results,the Y-type microchannels with six flow rates and seven incident angles,different blocking degrees and different blocking positions are calculated as a example.The microchannel structure and operating conditions based on blocking removal are optimized.It can be seen that the proposed method is suitable for removing the blockage.
