Ferrocene and Ferrocene derivatives is the important precursor of medicine due to their low-toxicity,thermostability and cell-penetration.Indol,indazol and pyran is the active center of some medicines.In this thesis,we combination the ferrocene and heterocycle by cyclo-addition reaction obtained.Four types ferrocenyl heterocycle compounds:1.3-ferrocenyl-4-?3-ferrocenyindolyl?indole was one-step synthesized by NaAuCl4·2H2O catalized cyclo-addition of 2-ferrocene ethynyl aniline.2.3-ferrocenylformylindazole was synthesized by Richter cyclization.of 2-ferrocene ethynyl aniline.3.4-Iodo-1-methoxy-3-ferrocenyl-1H-isochromene was synthesized by addition reaction of 2-ferrocene ethynyl benzaldehyde.4.2-benzaldehyde-3-ferrocenyl-4-ferrocenylformyl naphthalene was synthesized was synthesized by iodine catalyzed of 2-ferrocene ethynyl benzaldehyde.
