Design And Performance Study On The Plasma Oven

Gas cookers and induction cookers are the most universal in daily life.Gas is not renewable resources.If it is burning,it will cause environmental pollution and security risks,and the application is also limited.The plasma oven has the both advantages of them,based on the thermal plasma,using the electricity for energy directly.Through the design of a discharge device driven by the pulse modulation circuit,can produce plasma similar torch,with large power,environmental,energy saving and high efficiency,et al.The power supply system of the plasma stove is designed,including the main power source,the discharge generator circuit and the boost circuit.Through the simulation analysis of the discharge circuit,the feasibility of the circuit can be proved to be applied to the power supply system of the plasma stove.Based on the basis of single-phase discharge circuit,the eight phase discharge circuit system is designed.The experimental discharge device of the plasma stove is designed,including the design of the electrode,the design of the generator structure,the electrode fixed plate and the design of the test finger.By comparing copper electrode with graphite electrode,graphite electrode as common ground electrode and copper electrode as high pressure electrode have been established.According to the advantages and disadvantages of different structure generators,the plasma generator is upgraded,and the experimental model of the ideal generator is finally established.Mainly setting up experimental measurement system,respectively discusses the effect of discharge parameters to produce NO2,the influence of the noise,the electric field distribution on discharge electrode gap effect on the stability of plasma jet,to study the phenomenon of unstable plasma discharge mechanism and the causes of noise.The influence of the current and voltage on the plasma jet is obtained through the test data,and the plasma beam of the ideal length of 220 mm is obtained.It is proved that the plasma oven can be used as a new combustion equipment for industrial and family.
