The Donghuantuo mineral company 3 million tons of construction projects to carry out a large number of water,increasing the level of-690 temporary exist unreasonable design of pump pipeline,can achieve centralized automatic control and remote control,low degree of automation.The drainage capacity of the temporary pump house at-690 level is serious enough to meet the drainage requirements.If the-690 drainage system can not be reasonable and effective transformation and optimization,it is likely to cause coal mine drainage accidents,and even produce mine hazards,endangering the safety of employees and equipment.The study relies on the Basic data provided by mining companies,and optimizes the drainage system according to GB 50451-2008 code for design of pumping station and pipeline of under coal mine.Select a reliable drainage plan.With the Siemens S7-300 PLC bit control core,advanced sensors are used to collect information such as water level,water level change rate,system pressure,and flow rate in real time,supplemented by scientific mathematical models,and automatically analyze the operation efficiency of each pump.The energy saving effect is achieved on the basis of ensuring the reliability of the system.The system uses industrial Ethernet to upload the operation information of the pumping station to the ground energy control center,and uses the Intouch configuration software to complete the remote monitoring function of the system.Through this automation system upgrade,the drainage equipment of the pumping station was unified,and the direct drainage method of the ground was adopted.In the automation aspect,the system realized the operation mode of the pumping station manual,the pumping station started with one key,the ground started with one key,and the automatic operation.It greatly improves the running efficiency of the drainage system,reduces the operating cost,and explores a feasible plan for the automatic operation of the drainage system.
