The topic for the traditional aluminum deoxidation of IF steel deoxidation products Al2O3 is easy to produce clusters,which can be caused defects by affecting the product quality problems in the rolling process,through the combination of industrial production and laboratory sampling phase smelting method,and have a comparative analysis of Mg IF and Al IF steel deoxidation deoxidation effect of inclusions in steel,morphology,distribution and binding after the product.The study finds that the traditional Al-IF steel,RH inclusions in the main join after most aluminum deoxidation of Al2O3,the particle size is between 2μm~48μm,in addition of manganese and titanium alloy after inclusion into Al2O3,Al2O3-Ti Ox,particle size is in the range of 2μm~43μm in the middle of the pack,as compared to little change the inclusion,size and alloying slab has little change.The average content of the large inclusions in the cast billet is 28.6mg/10 kg.Large inclusions with granularity more than 300μm account for 26.7% of the total amount.Large inclusions almost contain trace elements such as La,Ce,K and Na.The inclusions with mold inclusions contain K and Na account for 60% of the total billet,and the inclusions contain La elements account for about 30% of the total slab.In addition,there are some inclusions from deoxidization product aggregation,middle ladle slag and refractory material.The main inclusions of Mg deoxidized IF steel smelted in laboratory include three kinds: Al-Mg-Ti composite inclusions,the particle size is between 0.5μm~5μm,and the particle size of pure Al2O3 inclusions is between 3μm~15μm,and the particle size is between 0.5μm~5μm.The average size of inclusions in the billets is 6.24μm,which is smaller than the average size of the inclusions in the traditional Al deoxidized IF steel billets 8.71μm,and large cluster inclusions are not found.After cold rolled the requirements of mechanical properties,tensile test in stamping forming machine,the results of the tensile sample barrel wall,can be met there is no visible defects such as trachoma.
