The HT-L aerospace powder coal gasification technology is a new type of coal gasification technology developed through long-term research in the country with world advanced level and independent intellectual property rights.With the operation of the HT-L aerospace coal gasification plant,the problems in the different stages of its operation are slowly emerging.With the discovery and improvement of these problems,technical personnel in related fields in China are constantly exploring and improving.Some companies and research institutes set up technical team to track the operation process of HT-L aerospace coal gasification plant,find problems and constantly correct them,in order to achieve an efficient and safety operation of the equipment.In this paper,the comprehensive inspection of a HT-L aerospace coal gasification plant during the shutdown period has been operated.After the analysis of the status of the equipment,the key parts of the structure and corrosion issues were locked and the locking equipment,further analysis and recommendations for reasonable optimization are conducted.For the structural problems of the equipment,the ANSYS finite element simulation was used to analyze the key structures and calculate and evaluate the stress.According to the obtained simulation calculation results,the key structures of the equipment were improved and verified.For the equipment corrosion problems,the material selection methods of the key parts were analyzed.And the use of surfacing and other protective methods to further strengthen the equipment was proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.After analyzing and improving the key parts of the device,the safety of the entire device is improved.At the same time,the construction cost and operating cost of the device are reduced,and good results are achieved.
