| Naphthalene sulfonic acid compounds,as the important chemical raw materials in the printing and dyeing industry,are expensive and have a very wide range of applications.But during the process of production,a large amount of industrial wastewater were produced usually.This kind of wastewater exhibit the characteristics of complex composition,high content of organic matters,strong acid and great toxicity,which has become the major problems in the field of wastewater treatment.The complex treatment conditions for wastewater from acid K,including the best extractants ratio and reaction conditions were introduced to that for acid H and T.On this basis,a new regeneration method of the extraction phase was investigated,and the organic solid with higher purity was finally obtained through the operation of stripping,deoiling and desalting.The main work is as follows:1.Three kinds of wastewater from the production of acid K,whose acidity were 40%,25%and 8%respectively,were treated in batch extraction process,and the effects of time of mixing,pH of wastewater,the ratio of oil to water,consumption of diluent and co solvent,and centrifugal operation conditions on the extraction efficiency have been investigated,and the result shows that,the wastewater treated reached the national three level of discharge standard under the best extraction conditions.The effect of oil-water ratio and extraction times on the cross-flow extraction efficiency,and that of feed rate and number of extraction stages on the continuous extraction efficiency ware also investigated,and the optimum extractions conditions in different extraction methods are determined.2.The effect of extraction temperature,reaction time,acid amount added,oil-water ratio and other factors on treatment of acid T and H wastewater were invistigated,and the result shows that,most influential factor was the pH value of wastewater,and followed by the ratio of oil and water,and the optimum extraction conditions were determined.3.A new stripping process was studied,and ammonia gas was used instead of the traditional caustic stripping agent,and the regenerated extractant and organic solid are obtained directly.Through liquid chromatography and COD analysis,the content of organic solid recovered from the wastewater was determined,and the inorganic salts have been washed away by saturated water and the organic compounds was concentrated.The main influential factor in this process was amount of washing water. |
