Traditionally contact measurements are used to obtain the diameter of concave spherical.However,the measuring efficiency is low and the work piece may be scratched in the process.Therefore,a new non-contact measuring method for the concave spherical is needed.Combined with the horizontal cooperation projects,this thesis focused on obtaining the diameter of concave spherical using Three-line structured light.This paper proposed mathematical modeling of three structured light measurement system and its calibration method,concave spherical region segmentation method based on significant target detection algorithm,segmentation method of laser lines and centerline extraction method.In the paper,laser lines on concave spherical were marked and matched for e 3-D reconstruction of them.A simulation method was built to test the structured Light measurement system.In chapter one:this chapter describes the background and significance of the subject,discusses and compares active and passive non-contact measurement technology,introduces the development of domestic and international structured light measurement technology.In chapter two:this chapter gives mathematical modeling of three structured light measurement system and its three-line structured light fast calibration method based on characteristics of three-line structure light.In chapter three:Algorithm of salient object detection is proposed to segment area of concave sphere in real time.To calculate the saliency map of the picture,the most appropriate salient region detection algorithm is selected combined with the characteristics of concave spherical area.Based on the saliency map,foreground and background are extracted.Finally the concave spherical region is segmented with the region segmentation algorithm.In chapter four:The research focused on the image segmentation of the laser line and three-dimensional reconstruction of the concave ball.Segmentation,centerline extraction,marker and matching of laser line are realized and then three-dimensional reconstruction of laser line is completed.On this basis,fitting equation of concave ball is realized.In chapter five:A novel simulation method of three-line structured light measurement system was proposed in this thesis.Using the three-line structured light we implemented the simulation experiment to measure the diameter of a concave sphere based on 3ds Max.It demonstrates the validity of the proposed method.In chapter six:this chapter reviews the full text,summarizes the main contents of this paper and discusses further research to do.
