Chromogenic Mechanism Of Fluoran Dye B15 And Its Application:Theoretical And Spectral Studies And Development Of Erasable Ink

Chapter 1:The classification and research progress of common lecuo dyes were introduced.And the fluoran lecuo dyes were emphasized particularly.Besides,the brief introduction of white board marker ink,calculation software,spectrum database were given.Chapter 2:The structure data of b15 was optimized to make it in the lowest energy level.The bond length and angle of optimized b15 was analyzed to guess the development mechanism.The IR spectrum of calculated developed b15,b15 and experimented developed b15 were compared.The experiment and theoretical calculation were combined to study the mechanism of b15's development.Besides,the mechanism of b15's development was researched by comparing of HNMR spectrum of b15 and developed b15 by D₂SO₄.Chapter 3:4 kinds of agent were chosen from 11 kinds of common chromogenic agent by qualitative observation,price and toxicity.The development performances were studied quantitatively using UV-Vis spectrum and development radio was measured by Job method.The stability constant of development reaction was calculated.The IR spectrum of the product of different developers with b15 were compared.Finally,the effects of four decoloring agents?sodium hydroxide,potassium borohydride,sodium thiosulfate,and tap water?were compared using aluminum trichloride as development reagent,and these experiments provided a theoretical basis for the selection of tap water as the best fading agent.Chapter 4:The effects of mass of the ingredients?polysiloxane,filmogen,BrijC20,3G8 and stirring time?to the performance?fluency,color,stability,dry erasability,wet erasability?of white board marker ink were studied.The ink is apt to write,easy to dry erase and better to wet erase.The surface tension and viscosity of final formula were tested at last.
