The degree of integration and automation of modern industry is getting higher and higher,saddle as a petrochemical container support preferred method has been commonly used in petrochemical industry,with the development of economy and the progress of petroleum chemical industry,petroleum chemical container is the trend of the development of large-scale,intelligent at the same time,As the container continues to lengthen,the number of saddle supports used for container support is also undergoing a corresponding change to ensure the uniform stress distribution of such large petrochemical containers,and in the long process of use the containers,each saddle foundation uneven settlement will inevitably occur,Which often results in the stress distribution of saddle bearings again,unevenly distributed,affecting the service life and use of the equipment.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the influence of the distribution and settlement of multi saddle on the stress distribution of large horizontal vessel.In this paper,the theory,solving process of the finite element method and the Zick method are introduced in detail,By using the three moment equation,the reaction force and bending moment of each saddle under the uniform load of a multi saddle horizontal container equipment are calculated.By using the finite element software Workbench for large multi saddles stress analysis under the uniform load,in working condition and full water conditions,in order to get under different conditions in the saddle of bearing force and moment,and the three moment equation and the calculation results under the same condition by comparing the results obtained using the three moment equation multi saddles design compared,it is found that the finite element method to calculate the results of conservative.Finally,the large multi saddles in use after a period of foundation single bearing uneven settlement is analyzed,assuming that a saddle subsidence occurred,and the settlement is allowed in the engineering design,at the same time,the other did not saddle subsidence occurred,respectively by using the finite element method and the three moment "the settlement equation to analyze the situation of law.The trend of the counterforce and the bending moment of each saddle is obtained,and the change result is compared with the situation of no settlement.The saddle Distribution and settlement of large horizontal vessel stress under the uniform load was studied.Through calculation and analysis,finding the Zick method is better than finite element method is too conservative,it proposes to adopt finite element method on large saddle horizontal vessel stress analysis,this method is not only simple,fast,more accurate results,more for large multi saddle horizontal vessel parametric optimization design,save time,improve efficiency,more reasonable distribution of the distance between the saddle.By using the Zick method and the finite element method,the single bearing uneven settlement of foundation is analyzed,and the change law of the saddle under the single bearing uneven settlement of foundation is obtained.The analysis and research results of this paper are of great significance and have reference value to the design and improvement of large multi saddle horizontal vessels.
