Atmospheric pressure tanks are important production facilities in the petrochemical industry,Used to store crude oil,refined oils,various hazardous chemicals.Because of its large scale,flammable,explosive storage media,once an accident occurs,it will lead to serious economic,security and environmental problems.Therefore,the safety management of atmospheric pressure tanks is of utmost importance.This paper aims at the system application of the integrity management of atmospheric tanks,analyzes and summarizes the integrity management system,and combines the research results to build an RBI-based atmospheric tank integrity management system for risk analysis and management decision-making.(1)The implementation steps and management flow of integrity management were studied.Based on the characteristics of the storage tank,an integrity management approach based on RBI was proposed to organize and analyze the contents of risk calculation,damage identification and management decision.The framework of the integrity management process system for tanks establishes a theoretical basis for building an application platform for tank integrity management.(2)A method of damage mechanism identification based on rule reasoning is proposed,and a rule knowledge base of damage mechanism is constructed.The screening conditions are abstracted into specific rules,and the characteristic factors that affect the damage mechanism of the storage tank are clarified,and the identification steps are simplified.The identification system of damage mechanism of atmospheric storage tank is built by using the Drools rule engine,and the steps and process are also given.(3)Aiming at the characteristics of the type of knowledge structure of the atmospheric pressure tank and the rapid data growth rate,a knowledge representation method based on the knowledge map is proposed.This representation method can easily implement the modification of the data model and the heterogeneous operation of the data.The expression of knowledge system applicable to storage tanks can more comprehensively collect relevant data and information.It can serve intelligent query and reasoning of tank knowledge in the future,and it can play a positive guiding role in management decision-making.(4)Based on the theoretical research foundation,a tank integrity management system based on the B/S version was developed.The system architecture,data model and functional design were explained in detail.The application of the system was briefly explained with examples.
