Study On The Preparation And Properties Of New Type Of Additive Water Coal Slurry Additive

Water coal slurry is a new kind of coal based clean fuel,which was developed in the 1970s,and it is developing very rapidly based on the unique energy structure of China.The gasification technology is widely used in coalchemical industry due to its clean and high efficiency.Among them,the watercoal slurry additive plays a decisive role in the quality of coal slurry when the coal quality does not fluctuate greatly.In this paper,the application of water coal slurry additives from additiveperformance test,additive compound research and industrial production appli-cation of new additives has been studied in this paper.1.In the additive performance tests found that single category with nap-hthalene series additives for optimal performance,the amount of additives is 3‰ the dacheng pulp concentration is 59%,and the coal water slurry are ofgood quality,high concentration and low viscosity,high liquidity,high stability.Five kinds of additives for industrial application in terms of performance eachhave emphasize particularly on,according to engineering additive performance is best,can be realized when additive addition amount to 3 ‰ pulp conce-ntration is 59%,the largest coal pulp quality can meet the production needs.Therefore,this series of additives is used to rematch the main materials.2.The study of binary complex distribution shows that the ratio of naphthalene series and lignin system can increase the maximum pulp concentration to 60%,and the quality of coal slurry is greatly improved.When the ratio of naphthalene and humic acid was 10-30%,the viscosity of coal slurry could be significantly reduced,but the stability of coal slurry decreased and the maximum plasma concentration was not increased.The combination of naphthalene salt and fat family compound can significantly improve the stability of coal slurry,which can cause a large increase in coal slurry viscosity,and the highest concentration of slurry is not increased.The ratio of naphthalene,lignin and humic acid was 60:10:30,the ratio of the mixture was reduced,the stability of the coal slurry increased,and the maximum pulp concentration was 62%.So choose the complex scheme.3.According to the above additive,the ratio of the above additive is stereotyped as the hs-1 water coal slurry additive,which has a low cost of using at 3%,and the cost of the slurry is 9.5 yuan.Through market research,the main raw material naphthalene system of water coal slurry additive and humic acid water coal slurry additive production device was designed and put into application.
