The flotation machine occupies an important position in the mine industry and the smelting industry.With the trend that the equipment increasingly large,required the raised reliability of the flotation machine.In the daily using,owing to the unsteady flotation fluid region and the complicated turbulent flow,the flotation machine impeller bear the fluid assault and make the whole machine vibration include the shaft system,this phenomenon called the fluid induced flotation machine vibration.This is a classical fluid-structural interaction phenomenon,there are fluid and structural factors caused this phenomenon.In this article,the computational fluid dynamics method being used to simulate the scaling down flotation region model to find the fluid and structural factors that influenced the vibration.In this article,the rotation velocity from 185 r/min to 315 r/min of the inline impeller flotation fluid region has been simulated to get the change law of the impeller vanes sustained fluid force to find out the influence factor of the vibration.In order to get the fluid region more close to the real condition,an air mass flow rate inlet has been set in the second simulation and get the fluid force fluctuation regular in the contain air fluid region.To research the arrangement influenced the vanes sustained the fluid force,a model with oblique vanes has been constructed.To get the fluid force fluctuation law with the air mass flow rate,simulation with model that rotation velocity equal to 300 r/min and the air mass flow rate from 0.02 kg/s to 0.14 kg/s.Utilizing Root Mean Square value method and Fast Fourier Transfer method to deal with the fluid force signal in time region to get the strengthen and frequency feature.Get the change regular pattern of the vanes endured fluid force with different vanes arrangement,air inlet mass flow rate and the rotation velocity.Static structural analysis has been carried out with the one-way fluid-structural interaction method to get the regular of the rotation velocity and the inlet mass flow rate influence the structural total deformation and the equivalent elastic strain.Through this research we conclude that the blades pass phenomenon caused flotation machine vibration,and there exist the vortex shedding from the blades which is the main frequency bring the biggest shock on the flotation blades and the shafting system.Oblique vanes is better in stir the flotation region than the inline vanes and less fluid impact.
