Research On Carbon Budget Of Iron And Steel Enterprises In Low Carbon Environment

The intensify of global environmental pollution is one of the most difficult problem to the sustainable development of economy in the future.A social consensus has been made in energy conservation and protecting the environment.The international society is paying more and more attention to environmental protection increasingly.Carbon emissions has become a prime target for energy saving and emission reduction.From the beginning of twentieth century to twenty-first century,many regions and countries in the world negotiated energy conservation and emission reduction issues,and basically established a carbon emission reduction mechanism dominated by developed countries.This mechanism is gradually extending to developing countries.As a pillar industry in the development of traditional economy,steel production enterprises have been having great pressure of carbon emission with the development of China's economy.In order to further promote the iron and steel enterprises to implement energy-saving emission reduction policies,so as to ensure that the basic premise of carbon emission reduction in economic benefits,the construction of the carbon budget management system based on the current budget system,in order to combine the energy saving and emission reduction targets of carbon budget management system,strengthen the management of carbon emissions through the construction of iron and steel enterprise carbon budget system to improve the degree of standardization,carbon emission reduction activities.This paper combines a organization system by the calculation of resource consumption,carbon emissions,carbon emission reduction.The role of carbon budget management system of energy-saving emission reduction has a great effect on calculating the expected profit and loss.
